New Beginnings Christian Church is proudly a member-church of Associated Christian Ministries (ACM). Dr Rick Burley is NSW State Chairman and National Executive member of ACM.We began in February 1995 from Churches of Christ roots. We are a charismatic Spirit-filled vibrant church family. We firmly believe that church should not just be good for you... it should be fun too! We really are one big happy family. We have strong, Bible-based and relevant-to-today sermons and contemporary music. We have a great Sunday School with great lady teachers. We also have wonderful home groups and other beaut activities.

Our services are held at the A-frame church building at 63-65 Newcastle Road, Wallsend and starts at 9.30 a.m. every Sunday morning. Sunday School kiddies go out to their secure rooms immediately before the Pastor's message. We have a time of great fellowship over tea or coffee after the service. Every few weeks we have a visitor's day when we have a free luncheon. We also have home groups and other activities such as Alpha.

Our Senior Pastors are Dr. Rick & Pastor Kathleen Burley. They are the founding pastors of the church. Ps. Jeff Forbes is our assistant pastor and a Lay Pastor (Ps. Nathan Barnes) and Elders and Deacons round out the team.
